Though Patricia Ann may no longer walk among us, her spirit lives on in the echoes of her kindness, the warmth of her embrace, and the light of her enduring love.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Percell Lipsey and Lucille Lipsey. She is survived by: her children, JeToi Lipsey and Talita Lipsey; her grandson Kylo Johnson; and her siblings, James Edward Lipsey of Milwaukee, James Lee Lipsey of Fairburn, Bobbie Jean Davis of Fairburn and Freddie Lipsey (Bertha) of Milwaukee, WI.. She is also survived by 23 nieces and nephews, 36 great-nieces and great-nephews, cousins, extended family members, and dear friends.
