He was predeceased by: his wife Dr. Lovelina Sood. He is survived by: his sons, Sunjay Sood (Nalini Singh) and Raj Sood (Carey); his grandchildren, Nikhil Pran Sood, Ayan Vikram Sood, Ajay Neal Sood, Mira Lovelina Sood and Dev Pran Sood; and his siblings, Amar Sood (Deepti), Sudhir Sood (Anju), Usha Sood, Sheela Sood (Harish) and Neena Sood (Krishna).
