He is survived by: his parents, Ron Ealy (Sandy) and Sharon Whitfield; his daughter Mabel Grace; the mother of his child Heidi; his siblings, Kelley Queen (Matt), Megan Ealy, Andrew Whitfield (Lauren) and Eric Epps; and his nieces and nephews, Ansley Paul (Harrison), Ellie Barraford, Beaulais, Georgia Whitfield, Will Queen (Sadie) and Jake Queen. He is also survived by extended family and a wide circle of friends.
In lieu of flowers, the family is requesting donations be made to The Church of the Apostles Congregational Care ministry in Chad's honor.
