She was predeceased by: her parents, Hoyt Smith and Dorothy Smith; and her siblings, Terrie Rodgers and Emory H. Smith. She is survived by: her sister-in-law Anita; her husband Charlie Dodson; her daughter Diana Fowler; her son-in-law Russell; her son Kenneth Dodson; her daughter-in-law Leah; her sister Karen Jenks; her brother-in-law Brad; her brother Kavin Smith; her sister-in-law Mary; and her grandchildren, Renee, Jacob, Kaylee, Morgan Dodson, Luke and Lydia Fowler. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, October 4th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Parrott Funeral Home & Crematory (8355 Senoia Rd, Fairburn, GA 30213). A funeral service will be held on Sunday, October 5th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Parrott Funeral Home Chapel (8355 Senoia Rd, Fairburn, GA 30213).
