He was predeceased by: his parents, Roy Collis and Fannie Childers Collis; and his wife Suelane Townsend Collis. He is survived by: his sons, Noel Collis and Joel Collis (Diane); his grandchildren, Mitchell Silvers (Ariel), Joel Tyler Collis (Cheryl), Tori Busscher (Jeff), Mariah Bruce (Steve) and Luke Collis; his great grandchildren, Kynslee Silvers, J. J. Sweeney, Skyler Sweeney, Rachel Busscher, Sawyer Busscher, Blayne Bruce, Maxon Bruce, Raychel Bruce and Rylee Bruce; and his brother Troy Collis (Jan).
Visitation will be held on Monday, December 15th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Tuesday, December 16th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 1:30 PM at the Cagle Funeral Home (364 E Church St, Jasper, GA 30143). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, December 16th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Ludville Church of God (291 Ludville Rd, Ranger, GA 30734).
