He is survived by: his wife Joyce West Kelley; his uncle LeRol; his aunt Jackie Watkins; his father-in-law Raymond West; his in-laws, Faye, Phillip Gibson, Vickie, Travis Childers, Ben and Donna West; his friends, Gary and Trenie Stewart; and his sibling's children, Wesley Crook, David West, Liam, Gibson Scott and Jennifer Scott.
