She is survived by: her husband Billy Haswell; her children, Joey Payne and Candy Payne Guiney (Rodney); her stepdaughter Billie Jean; her siblings, Tracy Young, EJ Young (Phyllis) and Carlyon Parker; her brother-in-law Buddy Redd; and her grandchildren, Caylee Payne, Chelsey Parker, Dawson Guiney, Logan Payne, Junior Payne and Charity Payne.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, October 18th 2026 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Max Brannon and Sons Funeral Home (711 College St, Calhoun, GA 30701). A funeral service will be held on Monday, October 19th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
