He is survived by: his parents, Jerry Underwood and Janett Underwood of Farmington, GA.; his wife Tracy Underwood; his sons, Ethan and Evan of Farmington, GA; his brother Clint (Nichole) of Bishop, GA; and his grandmother Margaret Underwood of Dawsonville, GA. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
