It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Ardon Wesley Smith of Fayetteville, Georgia, born in Stockton, California, who passed away on August 23, 2023, at the age of 95, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Rev. Aaron J Smith and Emma Dressel Smith; and his siblings, Lois Binford Proctor, Bethel Sawyer, Miriam McNab and Leon P. Smith.
He is survived by: his wife Vivienne Smith; his children, Donna Boyce (Galen), Lee Smith (Lori) and Ardon Smith, Jr. (Christina); his grandsons, Shane Boyce (Michelle) and Aaron Smith; and his great grandchild Shyla Crenshaw. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
