She is survived by: her children, Julie Stubbs (Jeff) of Palmetto, Wayne Bates (Pam) of Griffin and John Bates (Heather) of Sharpsburg; her grandchildren, Morgin, Allison, Jake, Trevor, MacKenzie, Madison, Bryce, Jillian and Cade; her great grandchildren, Jackson, Avery and Alexis; her sister Donna Wood (Greg) of Fayetteville; her nieces, Courtney and Marlee; and her close friend Charles Furtado. She is also survived by one great-niece and two great nephews.
