He is survived by: his wife Sue; his daughter Gina; his son-in-law Steve Ayers of White, Georgia; his stepchildren, Carl Cheek, Laura Crouse and Debbie Thomas; and his aunts, Laura Surber and Stella Brooks. He is also survived by six step-grandchildren.
