Cara Lou Ashbaugh Obituary

With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Cara Lou Ashbaugh of Fayetteville, Georgia, born in Paulding, Ohio, who passed away on August 10, 2023 at the age of 92. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, John Kemler and Carrie Kemler; her significant other Owen C. Ashbaugh; and her grandson-in-law Nick Smith. She is survived by: her daughters, Debby Snyder (Steve), Diane Shearer (Bill) and Donna Utt (Harold); her grandchildren, Erica Morris (Jay), Andy Shearer, Shelly Smith and Lora Snyder (Rene' Sejas); and her great grandchildren, Katie Morris, Cara Morris, Addy Shearer, Lincoln Smith, Kane Smith and Lita Sejas Snyder. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the Alzheimer's Association in honor and memory of Owen Ashbaugh.
