She was predeceased by: her mother Charlotte Rowe of Virginia. She is survived by: her father Fredrick Douglas Rowe; her daughters, Rebekah Duncan, Amy Stinchcomb (Marty), Jennifer Smith (Shane) and Mariah Duncan (Jason); her grandchildren, Tyler, Lauren, Austin, Devon, Kellan and Lane; her great grandchildren, McKenna Ann and Kaden; her brother Freddie Rowe; her nephews, Shane Mayson and Todd Mayson; her stepchildren, Ashley Hicks and Jared Hicks (Mariah); the father of her children Larry Duncan (Sheila); her caregiver Simone Kelley; and her pet Chevy.
