Carter Ej Obituary

With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Carter Ej of Fayetteville, Georgia, who passed away on February 20, 2026 at the age of 86. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Ernest Carter and Cassie Carter; his son Scott Carter; and his brother-in-law John Nance. He is survived by: his wife Brenda; his daughters, Tamara Fischer and Melinda Owen; his children-in-law, Rod Owen and Melissa Carter; his grandchildren, Garrett Owen (Emily), Olivia Johnson (Austin), Grant Owen (Brenna), Gavin Owen, Brandy Fischer, Whitney Weaver (Marc) and Landry Neal (Dustin); his great grandchildren, Cooper Weaver and Carter Weaver; and his sisters, Margie Carter Nance and Donna Carter Barnett (Randy). He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
