He is survived by: his wife Kathy Huggins; his daughter Carol Martin; and his grandchildren, Holly Oelsner, Joseph Huggins, Michael Robinson, Mandie Huggins and Katie Mills. He is also survived by 6 great-grand daughters and many lifelong friends.
