He was predeceased by: his parents, Garfield Latimer and Sammie Latimer (Williams). He is survived by: his sisters, Cevilla Randle (Kenneth) of Spotsylvania and Ceceila Bridges Brown (Chuck) of Accokeek, Maryland; his nieces, Cyrena Sylveria, Sheena Pigford (Dallas) and Crystal Bridges; and his great-nieces, Aubrie Landrum and Mykyla Masbad. He is also survived by aunts, cousins, and a host of dear friends.
