He is survived by: his children, David Prouty (Suzanne) of Cumming, Joan (Keith Nichols) of Marietta and Karen (Omi Conklin) of Atlanta; his grandchildren, Jacob, Mathew Prouty, Oliver Conklin and Victoria Nichols; his sister Shirley McCraw of Hattiesburg; and his niece Cindy McCraw Dircks of Larchmont.
