He is survived by: his wife Shelia Willis; his children, Shandolyn Smith (Jarvis) and Charles Willis II (Kasey); his sister Debra Lamar; his grandchildren, Jarvis Smith II, Shannon Smith, Kaison Parker and Channing Willis; his aunt Annie Hansford; his uncles, Thomas Willis and John Thomas Watts; his sisters-in-law, Gwendolyn O'Neal and Eloise Byrd (Warren); and his niece Connie Rocker. He is also survived by other nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
