She is survived by: her husband David Hoyt Byrd; her brother Bill Henslee (Pat); her children, Barry Byrd (Cindy), Scott Byrd and Sharon Doster (David); and her grandchildren, Brooke Barnes (Andrew), David Byrd (Katie), Kristin Van Asch (Joel), Taylor Martin (Matt), Kaylyn Doster and Halley Doster. She is also survived by great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Sunday, September 13th 2026 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Mowell Funeral Home and Cremation Service - Fayetteville (180 N Jeff Davis Dr, Fayetteville, GA 30214). A celebration of life was held on Sunday, September 13th 2026 at 2:00 PM at the Chapel of Mowell Funeral Home (180 N Jeff Davis Dr, Fayetteville, GA 30214).
