He was predeceased by: his grandfathers, Clifford Amos and James Dixon. He is survived by: his parents, Kyle Charles and Lisa Amos Dixon; his brother Jack Dixon; his grandmothers, Marlene "Jackie" Amos and Janice Russell; his aunts, Tammy Fosselman (Fred), Cheryl Bellio (Steve), Terri Hecker (Todd), Patti Puckett (Wade), Jenny Boucher (Brady Hurst), Andrea Booth and Angie Norman (John); his uncle Todd Dixon (Dana); and his pet Oakley. He is also survived by many cousins, two nephews, a niece.
