She was predeceased by : her parents, Alfred DeLaughter and Hester Crosswell DeLaughter; her husband Huie Felton Hand; and her brothers, Foster, Kenneth and David DeLaughter.
She is survived by : her daughter Ramona Frey; her grandchildren, Lori Payne, Jeffrey Frey (Ashley) and Joel Frey (Ginger); her great grandchildren, Cary David Payne III, Lilly Lewallen, Dominc Owens, Layla Frey and Delilah Frey; and her sister Sarah Milburn. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
