He is survived by: his daughters, Teresa Cochran (Bill) and Karen Duckworth (Gary); and his grandchildren, Wesley Whitwood, Krista Whitwood, Brandon McAfee, Amanda Fields, Alex Watters and Kyle McAfee. He is also survived by 10 great-grandchildren; as well as extended family and friends.
