He was predeceased by: his father Thomas M Nipper; and his grandparents, Marvin E of Georgia, Willie Kate Nipper of Georgia, Marvin H and Lois Brown of New Mexico.

He is survived by: his mother Pauline Nipper of Fayetteville; his siblings, Samuel Nipper (Monica) of Hampton and Donna Poole (William); his nephew Tyrel Poole (Kayla) of Wasilla, AK; his niece Bethany Burke (Will) of Great Falls, MT; and his pet Gracie. He is also survived by three great nephews, four great nieces and seven cousins.
