He was predeceased by: his wife Carol Crews Sweatman; his parents, Louis George and Margaret Leigh Sweatman; and his siblings, Robert Louis, James Andrew Sweatman and Rebecca Gail Sweatman Holloman.
He is survived by: his sons, Michael Sweatman (Karen) and Curt Whitlock (Heather); his grandchildren, Levi (Elle), Heath Whitlock and Cameo Hadden; his siblings, Kathy Wilson and Steve Wilson (Jackie); his sister-in-law Recie Crews; and his nieces, Sonya Tedford (Matt), Kyna Stanley (Lance) and Stephanie Thompson (Keith). He is also survived by numerous other nieces and nephews.
