He was predeceased by: his father David Johnson; and his wife Caroline Whitworth Johnson. He is survived by: his children, Jay (Tammy), Cissy and Michael Johnson (Tessa); and his grandsons, Branden, Justin and Nathan. He is also survived by eleven great grandchildren through his extended family.
