It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jerry Alvah Windham of Fayetteville, Georgia, who passed away on November 19, 2025, at the age of 78, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Kendall Carroll Windham and Muree Smith Windham; his wife Janet McElroy Windham; and his son Christopher Weldon Windham. He is survived by: his daughter Britt Windham Hennessey (Scott); his grandchildren, Claire and Will Hennessey; his siblings-in-law, Howell McElroy (Pat) and Susie Davis (Glen); and his nieces and nephews, Jan Kolker (Glenn), Kendall Meacham (Doug), Kendall Schwak (Paul), Stephen Deas, Kirk Deas (Mary Grace), John McElroy (Jody) and Drew Davis (Hunter).

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Stonebridge Church in Marietta, GA, or The Salvation Army.
