She was predeceased by: her parents, Edgar Louis Banks, Jr. and Helen Irene Darnell Banks; her sister Diane Hambrick (Johnny); and her nephew John "Bubba" Hambrick, Jr.. She is survived by: her nephew Conner Kolisnyk; her siblings, Wayne Banks (Joyce) and Nancy Guy (Mike); and her nieces and nephews, Christie Mappin (Don), Carrie Hambrick (Jay), Terri Henderson (Todd), Traci Worley (Chris), Heather Wood (Ben) and Matt Guy (Erin).
