He was predeceased by: his parents, Wilbur Couch and Ethel Couch; and his brother Bill Couch. He is survived by: his wife Jan Couch; his son Justin Couch (Rhea Ann); his grandson Ethan Couch; and his brother Bob Couch (Joan). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
