He is survived by: his wife Carole Roberts Green; his son Keith Marshall Green; his grandson Justin Green; his brother Malcolm Green (Nell); his nephews, Brian Green and Todd Green (Heather); and his cousins, Joanne Adams and Robert Wheeler. He is also survived by 2 great grandchildren.
