She was predeceased by: her parents, Clarence LaFayette Starr and Lennes Jones Starr; her husband Charles Austin, Jr.; and her siblings, Allen Starr and Sara Miller.
She is survived by: her children, Gary Austin (Susan) of Fayetteville and Janet Nemmers (Roy) of Sedalia, Colorado; her grandchildren, Charlie and Alex; her stepgranddaughter Alexzandria (Dennis); and her stepgreat-grandchildren, Taylor and Kylee. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests donation be made to Fayetteville First Baptist Church, Southwest Christian Care, or Good Days a non-profit charitable organization that lifts the burdens of chronic illness through financial assistance, advocacy, and awareness (mygooddays.org).
