He was predeceased by: his father Millard H. Baker, Sr.; his sister Rachel Estelle Baker; and his wife Barbara June Ross. He is survived by: his children, Cliff, James Baker and Patti Askew; and his friend Jo Settle of Jonesboro, Georgia.. He is also survived by six grandchildren, nine great-grandchildren, several cousins, nieces and nephews.
