He is survived by: his wife Opal Wilkey Bivins; his daughters, Debbie Guice (Robby) and Tina Samples (Roy); his grandchildren, Jordan Guice (Shawn), Jayden Guice, Chasity Reichert (Clay), Nikki Rice (Ian), Savannah Lester (Alex) and Taylor Blackmon; and his brothers, Mike Bivins (Annette) and Allen Bivins. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
