She was predeceased by: her parents, Fletcher T. Huddleston and Elsie Joyce Hall Huddleston; and her brother Clay Huddleston. She is survived by: her husband Billy Eugene Brand; her children, Michelle Griffin (John) of Senoia, Georgia and Nick Doughty (Chanda) of Fayetteville; her grandchildren, Nicole Griffin of Senoia, Max Griffin of Senoia, Bailee Brooke and Kylee Rose of Fayetteville; and her aunt Helen Johnson of Ft. Worth.
A member of Fayetteville First Baptist Church, Rita exhibited the Christian spirit and charity and shared them with all she came in contact with.
