She is survived by: her husband Martin Carter, Sr.; her children, Martin Carter, Jr., Sonya Harper and Adah Carter; her grandchildren, Joseph Nunnally (Jennifer), Anthony Harper and Asia Harper; her great grandchildren, Jasmarie and Jayla; and her siblings, Deborah Byrd, Cedric Fields, Bernard Fields (Cynthia), Jim Fields (Raynette), Venus Marie Fields and Robert Land (Kimberly). She is also survived by other loving relatives and friends.
