He was predeceased by: his wife Jackie Ann Ray Harmon. He is survived by: his children, Tammy Harmon and Robert Wayne Harmon (Sheneequa Diane); his siblings, Marion Madison and Gene Harmon; and his grandchildren, Katelyn Werner, Rocky Turner, Travis Harmon, Trent Harmon and Trevor Harmon. He is also survived by 2 great grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers the family asks for assistance with funeral expenses.
