He was predeceased by: his parents, Martis Harris and Lucy Barfield Harris. He is survived by: his wife Catherine Woodson Harris of Fayetteville; his children, Leslie Meyer of Fayetteville and Roddy Harris (Jesse Ogden) of Atlanta; his granddaughters, Breanna Meyer Neubauer (Andy) and Amber Meyer (Ian Maxon); his great grandchild Luka Leslie Neubauer; and his siblings-in-law, Rachel Speir and Kenneth Nixon.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorial contributions be made in Mr. Harris's memory to Thomaston First Baptist Church, Pass the Salt Ministry, 208 South Church Street, Thomaston, GA 30286.
