He was predeceased by: his father David Ellington; and his brother Steve Ellington. He is survived by: his mother Kathy Ellington; his aunt Donna Ellington; his sister-in-law Krista Ellington; and his nieces and nephews, Brittany Ellington, Camryn Fields, Carson Ellington and Chris Fields.
