He was predeceased by: his mother Pearl Simmerman Baker (late Norma Hildum Baker). He is survived by: his children, William L. Baker II, Candice Garrett (Ricky), Kelly Baker (Karla), Betsy Marshall (Todd) and Amanda Baker Boggs (Lance); and his grandchildren, Emily Baker, Lindsey Wilkerson (Jack), Jessica Cox (Gabe), Eden Pierce (Curry), Jed Baker (Sarah), Courtney Rickard (Tyler), Hannah Marshall, Isaac Marshall and Persefone Boggs. He is also survived by 11 great grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
