He was predeceased by: his parents, William Ernest Pelt, Sr. and Ruby Watkins Pelt. He is survived by: his children, Dana Pelt (Jeff Funke), Garrett Pelt (Mary Beth) and Daniel Pelt (Griffin Parrott); and his brother Don (Donna).
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, December 16th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Carl J. Mowell & Son Funeral Home (180 N Jeff Davis Dr, Fayetteville, GA 30214). A celebration of life will be held on Wednesday, December 17th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Harp's Crossing Baptist Church (1183 Hwy 92, Fayetteville, GA 30215).
