He is survived by: his siblings, Carolyn Diane Holland of Portsmouth, VA., Lloyd Eugene Kennedy of Gates, NC., Glenn Raymond Kennedy and Richard Wayne Kennedy of Chesapeake, VA.; his former wife Deborah Jean Kennedy Quintero; his daughters, Tracey Lynn Peterson and Kimberly Ann Coggins; his grandsons, Caleb M. Coggins, Bryson A. Coggins, Preston B. Coggins and Brantley J. D. Peterson; Azora A. Coggins.
