He is survived by : his wife Jody Allen; his children, Debbie Randen (Kevin), Eddie Allen (Jill), Sherry Simmons (Gary), Monica York (Leslie) and Pat Duckworth (Tonya); his grandchildren, Lacey Carroll, Paige Parks (TJ), Clay Crooks (Keely), Hope Allen, Analeigh Simmons, Faith Allen and Jennifer Wilson; and his great grandchildren, Emma, Jesse, Ava, Thea, Tilly and Piper Mae. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
