He is survived by: his children, Hollie Barclay (Duane) of Homer, Benjamin Moore of Ringgold, Georgia and William Black of Ringgold, Georgia; and his sister Teresa Moore of LaFayette, Georgia. He is also survived by grandchildren, nieces, and nephews.
