She was predeceased by: her parents, Ralph Leonard Parham and Delia Viola Tate Parham; her son William David Plummer; and her sister Beverly Sue Forrester. She is survived by: her husband David Plummer; her daughters, Janet Simmons Manley, Annie Stallings (David), Tonya Little (Jeff) and Jenn Hangstefer (Michael); her brothers, Jimmy Parham, Ralph Parham (Nancy) and Eddie Parham (Cecilia); and her grandchildren, Janie Lamontagne, Scarlett Stallings, Emilee Gazaway, Allie Little, Brady Little, Israel Hangstefer and Liora Hangstefer. She is also survived by many other relatives and friends.
