He was predeceased by: his mother Barbara Faye Castleberry; and his brother-in-law James Hall. He is survived by: his father Eddie Castleberry; his daughter Samantha Byrd (Steve) of Chickamauga, Georgia; his siblings, Anthony Castleberry (Amanda) of Chickamauga, Georgia and Teresa Hall of Flintstone, Georgia; and his granddaughter Cheyenne Byrd of Chickamauga, Georgia. He is also survived by many cousins, nieces, and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Friday, October 17th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Saturday, October 18th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the W. L. Wilson & Sons Funeral Home-Ft. Oglethorpe Chapel (555 W Cloud Springs Rd, Rossville, GA 30742). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, October 18th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Saturday, October 18th 2025 at the Chattanooga Valley Cemetery.
