He is survived by: his daughter Christy Hendrix (Richard); his grandchildren, Sarah Hendrix, Morgan Hendrix, Samantha Thomas and Katie Thomas; his great grandchild Audrey Knight; and his siblings, Catherine Duke (Robert), Patricia Maples (David), Gladys Bozeman and Charles F. Thomas, Jr.. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and cousins; and other family and friends.
