He is survived by: his wife Laura Phillips of Flowery Branch, GA; his children, Amanda Moore (Paul) and Matthew Phillips (Jamie); his grandchildren, Megan Moore, Lindsey Moore, Ella Phillips, Mason Phillips and Coleman Richardson; his siblings, Becky Dobbs (Gary) of Fayetteville, GA, Randy Phillips (Tammy Dee) of Buford, GA and Wade Phillips (Denise) of Lawrenceville, GA; and his goddaughter Heaven Headrick. He is also survived by Several nieces, nephews and cousins.
