She was predeceased by: her husband Charles E. Banks, Sr.; her parents, Stewart Taylor and Mary Lou Gann Taylor; her sons, Jimmy Banks and Daniel Banks; and her grandson Greg Banks.
She is survived by: her children, Laurie Banks Thomas (Jamey), Buford, Ed Banks (Kim) and Jeff Banks (Andrea); and her siblings, Debbie Frix (Hulon), Patsy Parr, Wendell Taylor (Diane), Buford and Ronnie Taylor (Louise). She is also survived by 9 grandchildren; 9 great grandchildren; 4 great great grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, May 28th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Hamilton Mill Memorial Chapel (3481 Hamilton Mill Rd, Buford, GA 30519). A funeral service was held on Thursday, May 29th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
