He is survived by: his wife Stephanie Kohler; his children, Jonathan Kohler (Amber) of Winder, GA and Peyton Kristopher Kohler of Winder; his parents, John Kohler and Linda Kohler of Buford, GA; his brother David Kohler of Chipley, FL; and his parents-in-law, Craig Goodwin and Marsha Goodwin of Lawrenceville, GA. He is also survived by four grandchildren.
