She was predeceased by: her parents, William Waller Hearn (Tiny) and Stella Weglicki Hearn of Eatonton, GA.; and her siblings, Billy Hearn and Mary Collis. She is survived by: her daughter Beth; her son-in-law Eric O'Kelley of Woodstock; her son Jay; her daughter-in-law Christie Karr-Murchison of Gainesville; and her grandchildren, Alisha (Micha Dickie), Rex (Cassandra Humphrey), Christina (Reed Petty), Lexie (Cameron Smith), Will O'Kelley (Macey Karr) and McKaylin Karr (McCade Karr). She is also survived by 9 great-grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family has requested donations to be made to the American Cancer Society in her honor.
