He was predeceased by: his father Jerry Smith; and his sister Rhonda Mantione. He is survived by: his wife Jill Smith; his children, Heather Schleitwiler (Robert), Jerry Smith (Megan) and Eddie Smith (Jenna); his granddaughters, Larkin and Lillian Smith; his mother Margaret Smith; his brother Andy Smith (Jennifer); and his brother-in-law Jim Mantione. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.
